How it Works
- Ordering: Purchase one assessment per analyst being tested. One 20-plate set is provided for every 5 analysts.
- Receive Materials: You’ll receive the proficiency set, microbiologist-designed training PowerPoint, instructions, and a data submission form for each analyst.
- Complete Assessment: Each analyst records colony counts on the provided data submission form.
- Return & Review: Email us your completed data submission form and use the prepaid shipping label to return the proficiency set for verification.
- Passing Criteria: Analysts pass if 18 out of 20 counts fall within 93–107% of the known values.
- Certification: Passing individuals receive a certificate of proficiency, valid for one year.
